My name is Sophie, and I’m originally from the Netherlands speaking German and English and I am looking for a flatmate from around February 2025 (I say around as my flatmate is moving out, but his moving-out date is not clear yet). I am the main renter of a beautiful 3-room apartment in the Gräfekiez. There is a big living space with an open kitchen, a bathroom with a bath, and one sleeping room that is 15m² and will be free. I am looking for a sub-renter who is fine to not have Anmeldung, who is neat, and has an active social and professional life. The subrent would first be for a 6-month probe period.
I love cooking and enjoying good food, which also ties into my work as a freelancer in the food research. For me, home is a place to relax, hang out with friends, and unwind. I’d like to share a flat with someone who is easygoing and values a friendly, balanced atmosphere. It would be great to occasionally get together to share some food or cook. The flat is fully equipped with everything you might need, except for an iron. I’d be happy to meet you for an initial online chat to see if we’re a good fit.
