Hallo, in meiner WG wird ein Zimmer für den Monat März frei. Ich habe hier mit meinem guten Freund Carl gewohnt, weil der Mietvertrag befristet ist, sind wir allerdings auf der Suche nach was neuem. Eigentlich ging die Befristung bis Ende Februar, wurde aber noch um einen Monat verlängert. Carl wird den März allerdings in der Karibik verbringen, deswegen suche ich eine Person, die mit mir einen Monat hier wohnen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, mit 60m2 im dritten Stock im Hinterhaus mit Holzboden und Fenstern nach Süden. Zusätzlich zu den zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es noch eine Wohnküche und ein saniertes Badezimmer. Das Zimmer hat ca. 10m2 und ist mit Bett und Matratze, Nachttisch und Kleiderschrank von unseren Vermietern möbliert.

Hello there, I am looking for someone to take over my flatmates room for the month of march. Since our temporary contract got prolonged for one more month, and my flatmate already found a new place, his room will be free.
The flat is beautiful and spacious with wooden floors and south facing windows in the third floor of an old building. It’s 60m2 with two bedrooms and a separate kitchen/dining area and rennovated bathroom. The room itself is 10m2 and comes furnished with a bed, mattress, side table and wardrobe.
In der Graefestraße ist es wirklich schön, wir wohnen direkt über einer Bäckerei mit den besten Schokobrötchen überhaupt. Ich bin auch ganz traurig, hier bald nicht mehr zu wohnen. Admiralbrücke und Hasenheide sind nur einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt

We live in Graefestraße, which in my opinion is one of the nicest streets in Berlin. Our flat is directly above a fancy bakery that sells amazing Pain au Chocolaits. Both Admiralbrücke and Hasenheide are in walking distance. I’m really sad to be leaving this place soon.
Du würdest mit mir zu zweit wohnen. Ich bin Nike, 25 und arbeite als Designerin in einem Studio in Neukölln. Wenn ich zu Hause bin, und gerade nicht auf immoscout hänge, fange ich projekte an die ich nie zu ende bringe, spiele Gitarre oder mache Sudoku. Mir ist wichtig, dass zu Hause ein safe space ist.

I am Nike, 25 and I would be zour roomate for this time. I am a Designer and work fulltime at a Studio in Neukölln. But when I am not at work, at the 50st house viewing or out with friends, I like to chill at home, maybe do some sudoku or start another project I’ll never finish. It’s important to me that our home is a safe space.
