The room itself is spacious and filled with natural light, with three stunning windows overlooking a lively square, lush greenery, and a historic church. Whether under the warm sun, a quiet snowfall, or the glow of the city lights, the atmosphere is always special. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, a television with Netflix, a desk for working, and a vintage leather armchair in perfect Berlin style. The wooden floors add warmth, and the direct access to a private terrace makes it easy to step outside, sip a glass of wine, and unwind with some light music in the background. It's the perfect spot to relax solo or hang out with a couple of friends, enjoying the city’s vibe from above.
If you’re a photographer, you’ll also have access to an at-home studio setup, including backdrops and flash lighting, everything you need to create.
While I’ll be away for the next eight months, one of my current roommates—who is here for a semester of Visual Arts studies—will be leaving at the end of his stay. That means there’s a good chance you could continue living in this apartment even after my return.

We’ve built a solid, supportive connection, where we communicate openly, have each other’s backs, and genuinely enjoy sharing our home. I’ve lived in shared flats for years, and I know that what we have is something special: an easy, natural balance that makes day-to-day life feel smooth and uplifting. We’re all about respecting each other’s space while also knowing that at the end of the day, there’s always someone around to share a laugh, a deep talk, or just a chill moment.
As an Italian, I bring a strong sense of hospitality, warmth, and the joy of sharing. And of course, food is a big part of that! Cooking is one of my passions, and we make sure that there’s always some treat in the kitchen for whoever comes home after a long day at work or a tough gym session. Because honestly, few things are better than coming home to good vibes and a little homemade comfort.
