Die Gegend (Kreuzberg) ist sehr begehrt, sehr schöne, ruhige Strasse mit viel Bäumen, gute Verkehrsverbindungen aller Art, durchgewachsene Infrastruktur, Shops, Restaurants etc. (Westteil der Stadt )

Zur meine Person: Ich bin Film Editor (Cutter) und wohne in 1er WG. Am 30.05.2025. zieht meine
Mitbewohnerin aus und ich suche jemanden, der, die zuverlässig ist, berufstätig ist, oder studiert.
Ich bin, was Bad und Küche angeht, sauber und verlange das gleiche von meiner , meinem MB.
Sonnst bin ich easy going und mein Motto lautet: " Leben und leben lassen " Auch in einer Zweck - WG, kann man in in einer nette Atmosphäre leben!

Renovated old building. The apartment is 99qm large, front house 3rd floor, elevator, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine.
The area( Kreuzberg) is very popular, nice quiet street with a lots of trees, good transport links of all of kinds, growing infrastructure, shops, restaurants, etc. (former West Berlin)

To my person: I'm a film editor and I live on my own. I am looking for someone who is reliable and professional.
I am as far as bathroom and kitchen goes very clean, so I am expecting the same from my flatmate.
