Bright large furnished room in a very nice part of Kreuzberg. The room is part of a beautiful newly renovated, clean and modernly furnished NON-SMOKING apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors. Fully equipped kitchen, dish washer, washing machine, wireless internet (WLAN). All bills are included.
The room is long-term available (looking for someone for more than 1 year) for a child friendly SINGLE PERSON ONLY. We are really looking for someone who can connect with kids very well, this has priority!!!
Graefestrasse (Kreuzberg) fun street full of cafes and restaurants. 3 min from the lovely Landwehr canal, 8 min from huge green Hasenheide Park. Excellent public transportation: 3 min walk to underground station Schoenleinstrasse (U8), 5 min to Kottbusser Tor (U1, U8). Great area to have fun and to relax.
It's not a party WG, and not a Zweck-WG, but a caring community with two kids (age 10 and 6) living there as well, therefore we are looking for a very child-friendly flatmate. We are there for each other, sometimes we eat together or go out together, but there is not a must, it just happens occasionally and organically.
Utilities are all included in the rent!
