I will sublet my lovely room on Gorlitzer Strasse from 22.06 (ideally, but flexible) until early-mid of August(flexible around 10.08, but there is also a chance to take the room which we can discuss after). The room is big (designed as a living room around 35m2) and has a beautiful balcony where you can chill in the summer days and enjoy the sunset over Gorlitzer Park with an open view. You have also canal and Treptower Park close by, it is a great place to live if you like to be close to the nature and be in the city at the same time. In the are you have everything you need, you are at the border of Friedrichstein and Kreuzberg, and very close to Neukölln.
You will be living with a lovely guy and we love to keep our place calm and without any big parties, also because we have quite old neighbors. He is quite easy-going, and open communication is easy, you can speak to him in English, German or Turkish.
The person who will come ideally should like plants since there are a lot of plant friends who need simple care and love in the room. The bathroom has a bathtub and the kitchen has everything you can need (even a dishwasher).
The room is furnished and the monthly rent is 600 € with everything (very-high-speed internet, heating, water, electricity), which is exactly what I have been paying. No anmeldung unfortunetly since I am a subrenter also.
