The room is quietly located in the middle of the inner courtyard and has a square layout. Directly in front of your window is a big old tree where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. The room is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet in the middle of the big city. The room has large and beautiful old floorboards and very high ceilings and has also been freshly painted.
The flat is situated between two courtyards, which is why it is very quiet. There is a large communal garden in the rear courtyard. There you will also find chickens and 2 rabbits.

The location couldn't be better. Right around the corner is the Greafekiez with all its great little shops. It's only a 2 minute walk and you can enjoy the sun in the Hasenheide. The Admiralsbrücke is actually just up the street if you're looking for social evenings. You'll also find shopping facilities just around the corner.
You would live with William. William is a physics student from the UK.
We have a nice WG-life together.
William likes to go to Hasenheide and lie in the sun, we liked listening to music together and playing games in the evenings.
Unfortunately, we always failed to go to the movies, because after a bottle of wine we felt more like dancing.
With William, you would have a very pleasant and quiet flatmate. He is very considerate of your situation, so no matter what you are looking for, you will have a great time.
I rent the room furnished for the period.
Smoking is allowed in the kitchen. If you don't like that, you can discuss it with William. We can also talk about the deposit (300 euros).
