We have of course zero tolerance for discrimination, homophopie, racism or sexism crap.
There is possibility to rent the room longer, so until march or april.
So, I'm renting out my room in our 4-person shared flat in Kreuzberg this winter.
The room has about 30 square metres, so it's huge and fully furnished including 160x200 m bed, desk, storage options and lots of small and large green plant friends <3
The location is a dream. You can be at Kotti, Hermannplatz and Südstern in less than 10 minutes. Admiralbrücke, canal, Bergmannkietz etc. as well as EDEKA and Netto and also Spätis are in the immediate vicinity.
The flat share consists of Sarah, Benet, Jonathan and me.
We've put a lot of time and effort into designing the flat together to create a beautiful home for us all. Even though we like to sit together for a few beers in the evening, it's not a party flat share. (!!) As everyone here has very different daily routines, it's important to be considerate of the others.
There is a cleaning schedule (two people are responsible for the bathroom and kitchen each week).
