Das Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, voll möbliert und Teil einer Wohnung, die sonst auch alles hat, was du brauchst. Es gibt ein Sofa in deinem Zimmer, einen großen Schreibtisch und – was ich besodenrs im Winter nice finde – viel Licht! :) Die monatlichen Kosten betragen 700 € (all-inclusive). Wir haben super stabiles und schnelles Internet, was ich, für Homeoffice-People, immer noch wichtig finde zu wissen.
The room is approximately 17 sqm, fully furnished, and part of an apartment that has everything you need. Your room includes a sofa, a large desk, and – what I especially love in winter – plenty of light! :) The monthly cost is €700 (all-inclusive). We have super stable and fast internet, which I think is still important to mention for people working from home.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe der Rummelsburger Bucht und dem Ostkreuz und bietet eine sehr gute Anbindung:
S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz: nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß
Bushaltestelle: etwa 4 Minuten entfernt
Ostkreuz: nur eine Station entfernt, zentraler Knotenpunkt mit Verbindungen in alle Richtungen
Warschauer Straße: zwei Stationen entfernt – ideal für Restaurants, Bars und Nachtleben
Der Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof und Charlottenburg ist ohne Umstieg erreichbar.
The apartment is located near Rummelsburger Bucht and Ostkreuz and offers excellent connections:
S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz: just a 2-minute walk
Bus stop: about 4 minutes away
Ostkreuz: only one station away, a central hub with connections in all directions
Warschauer Straße: two stations away – perfect for restaurants, bars, and nightlife
Alexanderplatz, Central Station, and Charlottenburg are directly accessible without transfers
Ich, deine neue Mitbewohnerin auf Zeit, bin Laura, und mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns beide zu Hause fühlen, wenn wir hier wohnen :). Ich freue mich über gemeinsame Zeit, komme aber auch super damit klar, wenn du dein Ding machst oder mehr Ruhe brauchst. Ich bin 30, da ich noch einmal einen Master begonnen habe, momentan Studentin und am Arbeiten. Ich würde sagen, wir lernen uns einfach kennen – gerne auch per Video-Call, bei dem ich dir auch gleich die Wohnung zeige.
I am Laura, your new temporary roommate, and it's important to me that we both feel at home while living here. I enjoy spending time together but am also totally fine if you do your own thing or need some extra quiet. I'm 30, just started Uni again so pursuing a master's degree while working. I'd say we get to know each other during a chat – happy to do a video call where I can also show you the apartment.
