Dort fährt die S und U bahn direkt zum Alexanderplatz (10 min) oder Zoologischen Garten (25min). Somit ist die Wohnung perfekt geeignet für Studenten aber auch Berüfstätige. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt zwei grosse Zimmer und momentan bewohnt eine 25-jaehrige Studentin das andere Zimmer. Sehr angenhme und ruhige Wohngemeinschaft. Direkt nebenan gibt es einen grossen REWE Markt der bis 24 Uhr auf hat. Ausserdem befinden sich im SUbahnhof Lichtenberg Edeka, LIDL, Penny, Rossmann und viele weitere Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten. Es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Somit ist die Lage ideal.

This room in Lichtenberg is about 25 square meters, completely renovated and practically located. It is only a 4-minute walk to the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station, where you can take the S-Bahn and U-Bahn directly to Alexanderplatz (10 minutes) or Zoologischer Garten (25 minutes). This makes the apartment perfect for students as well as professionals. The apartment has a total of two large rooms and currently a 25-year-old student lives in the other room. Very pleasant and quiet shared flat. There is a large REWE market right next door which is open until midnight. There are also Edeka, LIDL, Penny, Rossmann and many other shops in the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station. There is good parking in front of the house. So the location is ideal.
