It’s only a subrent, if youre looking for something long-term, this is unfortunately not the offer for you, sorry! 😇
I will be out of Berlin for 1 month and would like to subrent my room in my oczy WG in Lichtenberg.
The room is 15m2 with a window, and is fully furnished (bed, desk, cupboard, clothes rack, mirror - basically all you need). I will remove all my personal belongings for the time of the subrent. I’m happy to share pictures, just ask in the message :)
The apartment has a living room, kitchen and a bathroom, that are shared with one roommate. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the living room there is a TV which you are welcomed to use. There is also a big dining table.
The apartment is located in Weitlingkiez, a very calm area in Lichtenberg.
Public transport is quickly reachable:
- 8 minutes by foot to the S-Bahn & U-Bahn Lichtenberg - very convenient as you are at Ostkreuz within 15 minutes, & Alexanderplatz within 25
- 6 minutes to bus 240 going to Boxi
- 10 minufes to bus 194 going to Neuköln
There are also multiple supermarkets around - Edeka (open on sundays), Rewe and Kaufland. All three are within max. 10 minutes walking distance away.
Your roommate will be Fabi (30) very calm and positive guy! He is working in physiotherapy and is always down to check out together a new urban sports class or a talk in the kitchen!
