Das zu beziehende Zimmer ist möbliert, hell und groß. Es ist für mich ein Wohlfühl-, Ruheraum und vor allem ein Künstlerzimmer, in dem man sich inspirieren lassen, innehalten und kreativ sein kann. Es ist viel Platz in dem Zimmer. Ich nutze diesen für Flowarts, Tanz und Malerei an der Staffelei.
Es hat außerdem einen Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist im 4ten Stock eines kleinen Mehrfamilienhauses.
The room is furnished, bright and large. For me it is a comfortable, relaxing room and above all it is an artist's room in which you can be inspired, relax and be creative. There is a lot of space in the room. I use it for flow arts, dance and painting.
It also has access to the balcony.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of a small apartment building.
Man kann fußläufig zwei verschiedene Tram Haltestellen erreichen innerhalb von gemütlichen 7 Minuten (M17,M6,M16) und ist innerhalb kurzer Zeit bei der S Landsberger Allee oder S Hohenschönhausen.
Es gibt einen Späti, Bäcker, Baumarkt und kleinen Lebensmittel Markt direkt ums Eck oder eine Haltestelle weiter auch ein Center mit großem Rewe, Roßmann, usw.
Die Lage ist ruhig und ideal, weil man sehr schnell überall hinkommt.
You can reach two different tram stops on foot within 7 minutes (M17, M6, M16) and you can get to the S Landsberger Allee or S Hohenschönhausen really fast.
Späti, bakery and small grocery store right around the corner or one stop further there is a center with a large Rewe, Roßmann, etc.
The location is quiet and ideal because you can get everywhere very quickly.
Ich wohne mit einem sehr aufmerksamen, ruhigen und unkomplizierten Mann zusammen.
Wir sind seit Jahren eng befreundet, kochen immer wieder gemeinsam oder sitzen abends auf der Couch und quatschen, spielen Karten o.ä.
Das wird jedoch überhaupt nicht vorausgesetzt.
Voraussetzung sind Ehrlichkeit, Freundlichkeit und Basis Kommunikation (was zB Haushalt, Lebensmittel, Besuch usw angeht).
Das Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch darf gerne als Aufenthaltsort genutzt werden.
Wir sind keine Party WG.
Wir sind Pflanzen Liebhaber.
My roommate is a calm and uncomplicated man. We have been close friends for years, often cook together or sit on the couch in the evenings and chat, play cards or something similar.
But that is not required at all. Required are honesty, friendliness and basic communication (e.g. regarding household, groceries, visitors, etc.).
The living room with large couch can be used as a place to chill. We are not a party shared flat.
We are plant lovers.

Die Miete bezieht sich auf einen Monat, für den März wird die Hälfte berechnet.
