The room is cute 13qm plus the loft bed adds some qm and makes a lot of space free.
And if it’s not enough there is a big living room too.
Your room as the living room has a lot of light. We don’t have any buildings in front so the sun shines all day into your room and living room. ()
It will be equipped with all basics: desk, chair, little cupboard, clothes rail. There is a mattress and blankets and pillows.
If you don’t need it. No problem, we can arrange sth :)
The flat:
Is also total equipped with all we need. I live here aöreafy a long time and made a lit if cosy and practical arrangements and upgrades.
The living room:
Its not just looking cosy, it really is. I dont own a TV but there is a proyector for movie nights and a PS5 for gaming nights :) and a shitload of plants.
Kitchen:
Fridge and Dishwasher is new, Airfryer is also in place amd mixer toaster etc. the oven its a bit old but fully funcional. I want to upgrade the kitchen soon, so ideas are very welcome (and helping hands too but not a must)
Bathroom:
Well toilet shower and washing machine 🫶
Very new is a new litte roomba friend we need to find a cute name together
The flat is 10 min from the Station Bahnhof Lichtenberg (S5,S75,S7, U5) in a calm street. the parking situation is very good, if needed.
Under the week also there is a bus which stop in the front of our house.
We have a market CAP 5 min by feed and netto Rewe, Lidl 10 min around.

About me
- my party hard times are over but there are rare exceptions
- Daily life schedule is from 7/8am to 10/11pm (also weekends, mostly) now in winter tendencies go to 8/9am ^^
- I love cycling… a lot, also into boulder and other sporty stuff in group
- Into reading, I love good (social) games (video-, card-, and a lot board-), planetarium, strolling the city, food, bars (more in winter) and did i mentioned food? 🌮
- Im trying to change my alimentation more n more veggie/vegan (I still eat meat FYI)
- I rarely drink, I don’t usually smoke, once in a while use my vaporizer consuming weed 🌱
- from small to deep talk, Im there for you ;)
- in summer Im really outdoorsy. In winter I get really cozy at home (who not)
- Im using Urban Sports, mostly Beat81, to keep the a** movin,
Expectations for my new roomie
- open minded in any way(no homo- trans- or xenophobic bullshit nor racist bullshit pls)
- an healthy approach to any drugs (=responsible reflective use) from substances to habits and media use
- be clean, tidy and does shared chores without reminders (just being a funcional adult :) )
Flatlife I’m aiming for
- a space for each one to feel comfortable and like home.
- privacy vs sharing a life: everyone should have the amound of privacy and recharge needed but there should be a natural desire to socialize and form a community/companionship/friendship or similar.
(With this big shared living room shouldnt be a problem :) )
- changing recipes and food knowledge <3
- an open door policy and non-violent communication
- Keep it clean aka cleaning up after oneself
- cocreate the flat (ideawise) if you have an interest to work with me on the flat, upgrade, building things etc even better but not a must

Smoking: Im usually not smoking.
But „occasionally“! I have no Problem if someone smokes in the kitchen (visit, friends, or even me) but definitely not as a daily habit.
Animals allowed: cats and small dogs and all whats similar size
