Wir vermieten ab Mittwoch 06. bis zum 16. September ein Zimmer in unserer schöne Wohnung am Anton-Saefkow-Platz.
Wir sind eine dreier WG in Berlin Lichtenberg. 7 Gehminuten zur S Storkower Straße, mit der Tram seid ihr in 20 min am Boxhagener Platz.
Die WG ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine usw. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Norma und Rossmann sind im selben Haus, Rewe ist direkt gegenüber!!
Tim ist vorübergehend im Urlaub und vermietet sein Zimmer mit dem 200x180 King Size Bett. Ihr werdet mit Marcel und Jana die Wohnung teilen, sie sind sehr freundlich und sehr chillig.
Die Miete beträgt 200€, ihr könnt gerne auch kurzer bleiben, preis wird dann natürlich weniger 😊.

We are renting out one room from Wednesday the 06.09 till 16.09.
the room is in a lovely 3-Bedroom-shred Appartement in Lichtenberg, 7 min from S-Bahn Storkowerstr. And 2 min from the Tram Station. With the tram, you can reach Boxhagener Platz in 20 min.
The rent is 200 for the whole period, you can also stay a shorter period and pay just for the days you stay here 😊

am Anton-Saefkow-Platz mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. in 7 min. ist man am Storkowerstr. S-Bahn-Station, die M8 ist 2 min. entfernt.
In der Nähe sind mehrere Restaurants und Cafés in paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Pizzeria gegenüber ist schwer zu widerstehen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Fennpfuhlpark, wo man den Sonnenuntergang vom Seeufer ruhig beobachten kann.
at Anton-Saefkow-Platz with many shopping facilities nearby. in 7 min. you are at Storkowerstr. S-Bahn station, M8 is 2 min. away.
Nearby are several restaurants and cafes in a few minutes. The pizzeria across the street is hard to resist.
The apartment is right next to Fennpfuhlpark, where you can quietly watch the sunset from the lakeside.
freundlich, chillig und respektvoll. Die WG ist auf keinen Fall eine Zweck WG, wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer wo wir öfters zusammen Kaffee oder Bier trinken oder filme schauen. das ist natürlich kein muss, wenn du in deinem Zimmer nach einem langen Tag zurückziehen willst, ist das ok :)
friendly, chill, and respectful. The WG is in no way a purpose WG, we have a huge living room where we often drink coffee or beer together or watch movies. this is of course not a must, if you want to kick back in your room after a long day, that's ok :)
