We are looking for a flatmate, as one of our flatmates is moving out sadly :(
It can be either 15th of October or 1st of November.
It's a renovated 3 rooms flat, 6 minutes from Ostkreuz that has small kitchen and bathroom with a nice bathtub to share!
You'll be taking the room that is about 15m2 big and it comes with furnitures including bed, drawers, clothing hanger, bed table and desk! The rent is 475€ + Kaution of 2 months rent. (the landlord said that every time a new person comes, the rent goes a bit higher, so there's a possibility that the rent can be 500€)
There is a Kaufland 5 minutes walk and across the apartment there is nice river and skatepark :)

We are two girls, One from Germany but has many experiences living abroad and the other from South Korea!
We love coffee and are encouraged arts on the walls. We have both just finished our uni with Germanistik and the Other studied Media Marketing. We love Gute-Nacht-Tea and hot water bottle to sleep with at night <3
We are looking for...
- a girl (as our landlord prefers)
- kinda out-going but also appreciate "me time"
- clean and tidy
