Looking for anyone who wishes for a convinient stay in Berlin for a 5 Weeks.
The Room is spacious with a Single Bed (L 190 cm) ,Study desk, Clothesrack, and a window with the perfect view of the park below.
The flat is quiet and recently renovated and comes with a fully stacked kitchen.
The monthly rent includes heating, Water, Electricity, Wi-Fi, and the Building cleaning fees

I am looking for a Responsible and clean Person to Sublet the apartment to. (This is not a party flat)

The Apartment is on the 7th Floor of the Building but since it comes with a lift and a Wheelchair ramp, so it is rather easily accessible.
The building is in a quite and clean neighbourhood with various amenities and transportations located at waking distance.

Netto and Penny: 5 min
Edeka and Rossmann: 7 min
U5 Kaulsdorf-Nord: 7 min (direct connection to Alex: 35 min and Berlin-Hauptbahnhof: 40 min)

The People here a Chill and respect each others Privacy. We all have somewhat of a different work schedule but manage to see each other in the Kitchen. You would be sharing the house with 4 other students (3F and 1M). We talk with each other is English but the roomates also speak German, Farsi and Urdu.

The house runs on a simple cleaning schedule so we would expect you to also adhere to it and although the cost of most of the basic Amenities is shared, yours would be taken care by me so you do have to pay anything extra other than the Kaltmiete mentioned.
