Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gemütlich und kann gerne komplett ohne Möbel genommen werden. Alternativ kann ich noch einen Schreibtisch sowie einen großen und einen kleinen Schrank anbieten (siehe Bilder), falls du diese Dinge gebrauchen kannst. Ansonsten würde ich sie einfach online verschenken :)

The room is bright and can be rented without any furniture. If you want them, you can have a desk and two shelves for your private use (see pictures). Otherwise I will gift them away online :)

Wir leben so 5 Minuten entfernt vom Sbhf Springpfuhl, also zwei Stationen von Lichtenberg entfernt ( oder 5 Stationen nach Warschauer Straße). In direkter Nähe (auch so 5 Minuten) gibt es Kaufland und Rewe, Einkaufen ist sehr entspannt.

Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, wir wohnen direkt neben einem Park mit zwei kleinen Seen.

Within 5 Minutes you can reach the S-Bahn-Station Springpfuhl, which is 2 Stations away from Lichtenberg Station. Or 5 Stations from Warschauer Straße. We are very close to a Rewe and Kaufland, so you can get your groceries quite easily.

Nach einer Trennung und Auszug meiner Freundin ist mir die Wohnung, ehrlich gesagt, einfach zu groß. Daher suche ich nun eine untermietende Person.

Zudem leben hier auch meine zwei Katzen, die andere Menschen immer sehr spannend finden. Du solltest also definitiv keine Allergie gegen die beiden haben! Ich möchte den beiden auch keine häufigen Mitbewohner-Wechsel zumuten, daher suche ich eine Person, die hier längerfristig wohnen möchte. Wenn du z.B. nur für ein Jahr oder weniger in Berlin bist, würde das nicht passen.

Wir haben einen sehr großen Balkon, der bisher kaum genutzt wird. Daneben gibt es eine komplette Einrichtung vom Rest der Wohnung, also auch Waschmaschine etc.

Das Wohnzimmer würden wir uns teilen, da gibts auch einen Beamer mit Leinwand. Wenn ich zuhause bin, hocke ich meistens in meinem Zimmer und spiele (mit Kopfhörern!) Gitarre oder mache was am PC. Bin aber auch immer offen für gemeinsame Film/Serienabende etc.

After a breakup and my girlfriend moving out, the apartment is honestly just too big for me. Therefore, I am now looking for someone to sublet.

Additionally, my two cats live here, and they find people very interesting. So, you definitely shouldn't have any allergies to them! I also don't want to put them through frequent roommate changes, so I'm looking for someone who wants to stay here long-term. If you're only in Berlin for a year or less, this wouldn't be a good fit.

We have a very large balcony, which hasn't been used much so far. Additionally, the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, including a washing machine, etc.

We would share the living room, which also has a projector with a screen. When I'm home, I usually hang out in my room, playing guitar (with headphones!) or doing something on the PC. But I'm always open to shared movie or series nights, etc.

Ganz toll fände ich es, wenn ihr auf wg-gesucht oder woanders irgendein Online-Profil habt, dass euch ein bisschen beschreibt. Ist aber nicht zwingend, wenn ihr euch gut schriftlich verkaufen könnt :)

Anmeldung sollte möglich sein (finde ich auch besser), hatte bereits vor einigen Jahren eine untermietende Person und kann das gerne wieder bei meinem Vermieter reaktivieren.

Leider kann ich nicht an Personen vermieten, die Bürgergeld beziehen. Abgesehen davon ist mir nur wichtig, dass wir zusammen gut leben können und miteinander (und den Katzen) zurecht kommen.

Ich vermiete nur an Leute, die sich die Anzeige genau durchlesen - bitte schreibe deshalb in deiner Nachricht, was deine Lieblingsfarbe ist :)

It would be great if you have an online profile, for example on WG-Gesucht or elsewhere, that gives a little insight into who you are. However, this is not mandatory if you can present yourself well in writing :)

Registration should be possible (I also think it's better). I had a subtenant a few years ago and can easily reactivate that with my landlord.

Unfortunately, I can't rent to people receiving Bürgergeld. Apart from that, the most important thing to me is that we can live together well and get along with each other (and the cats).
