ICH BIETE:
Ein möbliertes, ruhiges, helles 12qm WG-Zimmer in Berlin Mitte (sehr zentral, Nähe Zionskirche, U-Bahn U8 Rosenthaler Platz) mit großem Balkon ab sofort, erstmal befristet auf 1 Jahr. Das Zimmer ist mit den Basics möbiliert. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, wahlweise gäbe es momentan auch ein größeres Zimmer.
ICH SUCHE:
Ein nettes, möglichst möbliertes WG-Zimmer oder Wohnung in Frankfurt oder Bad Homburg oder in der Nähe, ab April 2025.
Ich mache eine Ausbildung in Vollzeit in Bad Homburg, bin dort 8 Monate im Jahr. Ich bin ca 2-3 Monate pro Jahr in München und ca 4 Wochen pro Jahr in Berlin, habe dort noch meinen Hauptwohnsitz.
Ich suche idealerweise jemanden in ähnlicher Situation- Du suchst ein Zimmer in Berlin, willst aber deinen Wohnsitz in Frankfurt nicht ganz aufgeben.
Ich bin eher ruhig und eine relativ unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin, manchmal gesellig, WG-erfahren, zuverlässig, lese viel, interessiert an Kunst und Kultur, esse meistens Salat :). An den Wochenenden werde ich oft pendeln.
Falls du Interesse und ein Zimmer in Frankfurt, Bad Homburg oder in der Nähe zum Tausch anbieten kannst, einfach eine Nachricht schreiben, ich freue mich!
