The room is 16 sqm big, has bright windows from wich you have amazing views to the TV tower and red council. It comes furnished with a bed (which could be purchased from the previous person who stayed in the room) a wardrobe, a night desk, a desk and an office chair. The flat is in about 82 sqm, there are two more bedrooms a big living area, a kitchen a bathroom with a bathing tub and a separate toillet. The flat is furnished and equiped recently with a new wasching machine and a new fridge. Good and fast internet connection for home office possibilities.
The flat is located in Berlin- Mitte, right in the middle of the quiet and quaint neighbourhood "Nikolaiviertel". Alexanderplatz is just 5 Minutes away and the "Schloss" and all of Berlins central museums (Museumsinsel) nearby. With several bus stops nearby and the U5 line just 4 Minutes walking, the flat is s well connected to all directions in Berlin, as well as to the BER airport. All shopping amenities are nearby as well as plenty of Cafes, Restaurants and shopping malls.
You will share the flat mainly with one male (aged 26) who works most of the time in Home office and very occasionally I will be there too (2-3 times in the month).
Only female between 25 and 40 years old.
