Wir suchen auf eine fünfte Person für unsere WG Nähe Potsdamerplatz und Tiergarten.
Das Zimmer ist in gutem Zustand und möbliert, mit helligem Fenster und aussicht auf die Gemäldegalerie. Es ist ruhig und die Wohnung ist ziemlich schallisoliert.
Zur WG gehören eine Küche und ein Esszimmer, ein Bad und extra Toiletten.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.

We are looking for a fifth person for our shared flat near Potsdamerplatz and Tiergarten.
The room is in good condition and furnished, with a bright window and a view of the Gemäldegalerie. It is quiet and the flat is fairly soundproof.
The flat share includes a kitchen and dining room, a bathroom and extra toilets.
The whole flat is equipped with everything necessary.
Die Wohnung is nur ein Paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Tiergarten, und 10 Minuten von Potsdamerplatz, wo es Ubahn, Sbahn, und viele Geschäfte gibt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit vielen Museen und Konzerthallen, und es ist direkt im Zentrum der Stadt, das heißt es ist ziemlich einfach, jeden Ort zu erreichen. Es git auch mehrere Busse.

The appartment is within a few minutes walk from Tiergarten for some greenery, and 10 minutes walk from Potsdamer Platz where there are metro, Sbahn, and a lot of shops. The area is very quiet with a lot of museums and concert halls, and it's right in the center of the city so quite easy to reach any place. There are also several bus lines colseby.
Hier leben 4 Leute zwischen 21 und 26, die alle studieren und aus verschiedenen Ländern kommen. Da es jetzt 3 Jungs und 1 Mädel, suchen eine Mädel für bessere Parität :)
Mehrere sind schon befreundet, und 3 sind letztes Monat eingezogen, dass heisst das WG Leben wird sich auch mit dir weiterentwickeln!

Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, am besten Dezember 21, am spätestens Januar 18 :)
Die Miete beträgt 700€ inklusive allem (Warmmiete, Nebenkosten, Internet, ...). Kaution: 700€. Ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage kann zusätzlich angemietet werden.
Wir haben einen Putzplan für die Reinigung, damit wir machen alle unseren Teil, aber nicht zu streng.
Anmeldung ist möglich.

I am leaving my room myself and am looking for a new tenant.
Move-in date is flexible, preferably December 21, January 18 at the latest :)
The rent is 700€ including everything (warm rent, utilities, internet, ...). Deposit: 700€. A parking space in the underground car park can be rented additionally.
We have a cleaning schedule for cleaning, so we do all our part, but not too strict.
Registration is possible.
