Der Zeitraum ist festgelegt und fällt über Weihnachten. Die Wohnung steht dir in dieser Zeit komplett alleine zur Verfügung. Bitte melde dich nur, wenn du die Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum nutzen möchtest und nichts Längerfristiges suchst. Wahrscheinlich werde ich im Februar noch einmal für einen Monat weg sein, und du könntest dann wieder das Zimmer nutzen.
Du musst meine Mitbewohner nicht unterhalten, aber sie freuen sich immer über neue Gesichter. Das Zimmer ist das schönste, da es am hellsten ist, und ich habe es mit zwei farblich anpassbaren Glühbirnen ausgestattet, um die Wintermonate gemütlicher zu machen. Der Betrag wird einmalig entrichtet, den wir im Vorfeld festlegen.

The period is set and will be over Christmas. The apartment will be fully yours during this time, so you’ll have it entirely to yourself. Please reach out only if you’re interested in this specific timeframe, not for a longer stay. I’ll likely be away for another month in February, so the room could be available again then.
You’re not expected to entertain my roommates, but they’d love to meet someone new. The room is the nicest, as it’s the brightest, and I’ve equipped it with two color-adjustable light bulbs to make the winter months cozier. The payment will be a one-time amount we agree on beforehand.
Direkt am Naturkundemuseum und der Schwartzkopffstraße. Du hast also alle Trams vor der Tür, um überall in Berlin hinzukommen. Direkt an der U6, M6, M8, M10, 12. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 20 Minuten per Fuß und in 10 min mit der Bahn zu erreichen.
Wir führen ein sehr harmonisches Miteinander. Gehen oft zusammen zum Sport kochen zusammen und im Allgemeinen quasi sehr gute Freunde geworden mit denen man sich am Tag austauscht. Wenn man es wünscht, kann man sich aber auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen ohne dass wer einen nervt. Wir alle sind berufstätig.
