Looking for a career-focused person with a full-time job. A small cute puppy (2 year old) lives with us :) So only a dog loving person can be considered, especially someone who would like to get to know the dog.
Please read the ad completely before writing!!! I have added a lot of details to avoid wasting time for all of us. Arranging a viewing takes a lot of time and effort, so please respect this. If my place doesn't fit your needs, find something that does :) This place won't suit a lot of people but there are plenty of places which will.
The room is available from the 1st of February for a initial trial period of 3 months with the intention of staying longer.
Tech workers, Interns will be preferred (not compulsory), so we have lots to chat about! To match the rhythm of life, we prefer not to have students or people with non standard working hours.
The room is suitable for one person only, so NO couples! Also, It is available on a furnished basis only! It will also be better if you do not have too much stuff.
So in summary: I can only give the room to a single non-smoking person working full time in an office.
Fully furnished with a big bed, working table and chairs, closet, shelves. The room has two large windows and high ceiling, so is very bright.
The kitchen is brand new and completely fitted with modern equipment.
IMPORTANT:
There is very limited common space and just one toilet. *** This makes having visitors very uncomfortable. *** Please keep this in mind before writing to me! Guests and visitors won't be allowed without permission. If you need to have frequent or regular visitors, this place won't suit you and unfortunately we cannot go any further.
Awesome location. Close to Mauerpark and Rosenthalerplatz and Kulturbrauerei.
Kastanienallee is just a stone's throw away!
Shops and supermarkets easily accessible by foot.
Location is very well connected - border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg - nearest tram stop is Zionskirchplatz.
U : U8, U2 Rosenthaler Platz, Bernauer Straße, Senefelderplatz, Eberswalder Straße are all easily reachable!
M: Trams M1 and M12 both stop right under the house. M10 can be reached by foot too.
Hackescher Markt is 2 stops away. Supermarkets and cafes and eating places and parks are just around the corner!
Several Startups are in the neighbourhood. Humboldt and Charite are very accessible too.
This is NOT a party-WG :)
Kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave etc) and bathroom/wc (washing machine) shared with 2 others. Currently there are: male freelance web developer from NL (Me) and a Doctor from Italy finishing his internship.
This could change in the future as people move too. Also I spend a few months a year in Amsterdam for my work.
We have a very international outlook and speak in English! So please write in English :)
The layout of the apartment is great as it gives a lot of privacy and also allows for mingling and cooking and eating together when desired.
It is expected that everyone in the flatshare contributes to cleaning and taking care of the place once a week!
Absolutely NO smoking anywhere in the building!
No couples, no pets, no loud music :(
Unfortunately, there is NO "living-room" or TV :(
It's on the 3rd floor of an Altbau and there is unfortunately no lift… So you will become quite fit ;)
If you want wifi broadband internet, the monthly costs will increase by 15 eur.
