I am subletting my beautiful 20 m2 quiet and sunny room with balcony and view into nature to a single female from December 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (4 month sublet contract) while I am traveling abroad.
It is in a great location in Berlin, close to S-Bahn Bellevue, across from Akademie der Künste with direct access to the beautiful Tiergarten gardens.
Preference for single female, working professional in the age of 30-40, non-smoker, no animals, clean, considerate and respectful of the neighbours - this is not a party house. You will share the apartment with my flatmate, a friendly, quiet professional woman in her 30s who is usually working from her room.
