Furniture is available, as you can see in the pictures. Since the apartment belongs to a friend of mine and he is not there at the time, I ask that you take very good care of the apartment and the room.

ich bin Loris und suche für den Januar 2025 eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Es gibt in der Wohnung zwei Schlafzimmer, ich bin da relativ flexibel, was die Wahl des Zimmers angeht. Möbel sind, wie in den Bildern zu sehen, vorhanden. Da die Wohnung einem Freund von mir gehört und er in der Zeit nicht da ist, bitte ich darum, einen sehr gepflegten Umgang mit der Wohnung & dem Zimmer zu führen.

You only share the flat with me (Loris, 26), as I'm in Berlin for a few months on business. In my free time I like to do sports, go to the gym or watch movies. In the evening I like to go to bars or eat out (very generic, I guess). But we'll get to know each other soon enough, so I can probably show you more of my personality 😁

Die WG teilst du nur mit mir (Loris, 26), da ich beruflich für ein paar Monate in Berlin bin. In meiner Freizeit mache ich sehr gerne Sport, gehe ins Gym, oder schaue Filme. Abends gehe ich sehr gerne in Bars oder gehe auswärts essen (sehr generisch, ik). Kennenlernen tun wir uns aber schon früh genug, da kann ich dir wahrscheinlich mehr von meiner Person zeigen 😁
