Bieten hier kurzfristig ein Zimmer in unserer WG in Berlin Mitte an.
Das Zimmer ist erstmal befristet bis Ende Februar/März verfügbar. Es kann jedoch gut sein, dass wir unbefristet einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin suchen.
Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen und im 7. Stock mit Blick über Berlin (Balkon in alle Richtungen). Entsprechend ist das ganze auch nicht ganz günstig, aber lohnt sich. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, was im Berliner Winter eine super Sache ist. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert.

We are spontaneously offering a room in our shared flat in Berlin Mitte.
The room is available for a limited period until the end of February/March. However, we may well be looking for a new flatmate for a longer period beyond March.
The apartment is very centrally located and on the 7th floor with a view over Berlin (balcony in all directions). Accordingly, the apartment is not quite cheap, but it's worth it. The apartment is pleasantly bright, which is great in the Berlin winter. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower.
The room is furnished.

Die Lage ist direkt am Brandenburger Tor und dadurch nicht nur super zentral gelegen, sondern auch mit ÖPNV hervorragend angebunden. Eine sehr schöne Sache ist der Tiergarten vor der Haustür. Super zum Joggen oder Spazierengehen.
Englisch:
The location is directly at the Brandenburg Gate and therefore not only super centrally located, but also excellently connected by public transport. A very nice thing is the Tiergarten on the doorstep which makes for nice jogging or walking.

Das WG-Leben ist nett und entspannt. Da wir gut befreundet sind, unterhält man sich gerne nach der Arbeit oder schaut Fußball/einen Film auf der Leinwand im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung bleibt (außer nach Parties) gut sauber.
English:
Life in the shared flat is nice and relaxed. As we are good friends, we like to chat after work or watch football/movies on the big screen in the living room. The apartment stays clean (except after parties).

Wir suchen im Endeffekt einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin, der/die nett und unkompliziert ist und mal man mal zusammen ein Bier trinken gehen kann. Bei Fragen gerne jederzeit melden. Schreibt mir am besten über WhatsApp.
