Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Tisch, Bett, Schrank, Regale, Kommoden) und vom 15. März bis zum 15. Mai 2025 verfügbar. Die Deckenhöhe im Zimmer sind knapp 3 Meter. Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß und besticht mit einem charmanten Parkettboden.
Außerdem gibt es eine 13qm Dachterrasse und eine 48qm Wohnküche.

Bright, beautiful room in a cozy attic apartment with a view over the rooftops of Berlin.
The room is furnished (desk, bed, wardrobe, shelves, drawers) and available from March 15th to May 15th, 2025. The room has a ceiling height of nearly 3 meters and is 13 square meters in size, featuring charming parquet flooring.
Additionally, there is a 13-square-meter rooftop terrace and a 48-square-meter communal kitchen.
Zu Fuß sind es 2 Minuten zur U8 Pankstraße und 6 Minuten bis zum Gesundbrunnen Center inklusive U-Bahn, S-Bahn und Bussen. Die Anbindungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier sehr gut.
Trotz belebter Badstraße ist es in unserer Wohnung sehr ruhig. Unsere Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus in der fünften Etage. Fahrrad kann im Innenhof oder Hinterhof abgestellt und angeschlossen werden.
Der Humboldthain und die Panke sind nicht weit und in den Weddinger Hinterhöfen gibt es auch immer etwas zu entdecken.

It’s just a 2-minute walk to the U8 Pankstraße station and 6 minutes to the Gesundbrunnen Center, which includes U-Bahn, S-Bahn, and bus connections. The public transport links and shopping options in the area are excellent.
Despite being on the busy Badstraße, our apartment is very quiet. It is located in the rear building on the fifth floor. Bicycles can be parked and locked either in the inner courtyard or the backyard.
The Humboldthain park and the Panke river are nearby, and there’s always something to discover in the courtyards of Wedding.
Du wohnst mit meinen 3 Mitbewohner/innen (Malte, Valentine und Lisa) zusammen, sie sind zwischen 25 und 31 Jahren alt :) Außerdem hat Valentine 2 sehr liebe und umgängliche Katzen mit in die WG gebracht (Cleo und Fritz). Uns ist eine offene Gesprächskultur wichtig, damit eventuelle Uneinigkeiten nicht größer werden, als sie sein müssen. Ansonsten sind wir bemüht, den anderen den nötigen Freiraum zu lassen. Außerdem freuen wir uns auch immer spontan gemeinsam einen Abend auf der Terrasse zu verbringen.

You will be living with my three flatmates (Malte, Valentine, and Lisa), who are between 25 and 31 years old. :) Additionally, Valentine has brought two very sweet and friendly cats into the flatshare (Cleo and Fritz). We value an open communication culture so that any disagreements don’t become bigger than they need to be. Otherwise, we try to give each other the necessary space. We also love spontaneously spending an evening together on the terrace from time to time.
Wir haben eine 133qm Wohnung mit einem großen Wohn- und Essbereich und zwei Badezimmern. Eines mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Highlight unserer Wohnung ist die große, ruhige und sonnige Dachterrasse.
Die Miete beträgt 650,00€ und die Kaution eine Monatsmiete. Es ist keine Anmeldung möglich.

We have a 133m² apartment with a large living and dining area and two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. The highlight of our apartment is the large, quiet, and sunny rooftop terrace.
The rent is €650.00, and the deposit is one month's rent. Please note, there is no registration possible.
