the room is available any time from the 26th of february till the 26th of march. i am ideally looking for someone to take it for 2-3 weeks and only pay 250-375, depending on how long you stay.
the room has the most beautiful view ever and it is very cozy. there is also a huge and beautiful living room and it is so nice to just chill there.
the flat is in the middle of berlin with many many transportation options. the closest of which is U märkisches museum. it is by the river and walking around is a beautiful experience
you will be sharing the flat with a very nice Catalan lady, who speaks almost all languages, and her cat mimi. having a living room makes it very nice and easy to have conversations.
there is a deposit of 500 that i will surely return as soon as i come back and see that non of the valuables in the room are broken.
