Das angebotene Zimmer verfügt über einen Arbeitsplatz, ein Kingsize-Bett (180x200), Kommode, 2x Kleiderschrank und einen großen Balkon.
WLAN-Zugang ist selbstverständlich auch vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist hell und super ruhig, da die Fenster zum Hinterhof des Gebäudes zeigen.
Wir haben ein riesiges Wohnzimmer als Gemeinschaftsbereich. Von hier aus können Sie Demonstrationen beobachten, die von Zeit zu Zeit stattfinden.
Wir haben auch eine Spülmaschine

The room has a workstation, a kingsized bed (180x200), Kommode, 2x wardrobe and big balcony. Wifi access is of course also available. The room is bright and super quiet as the windows are facing the backyard of the building.
We have a huge living room as a communal area. From here you are able to observe demonstrations happening from time as it is a common are for this kind of activities.
We also have a dish washer, so cleaning dishes is easy.
Der Checkpoint Charlie und der U-Bahnhof Stadtmitte sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und der Supermarkt ist auf der anderen Straßenseite (1 Minute).
Mit der U-Bahn bist du in 10-15 Minuten in allen wichtigen Stadtteilen
Der Checkpoint Charlie ist um die Ecke. Das Jüdische Denkmal, der Bundestag und das Brandenburger Tor sind 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße Friedrichstraße liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

You are going to be 10-15 minutes away with the underground from all the key districts in the city that you should be visiting from Neukölln, Kreuzberg to Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain.
Checkpoint Charlie is around the corner. The Jewish monument, the Bundestag and the Brandenburger gate are 10 minutes walk. Friedrichstrasse, the main shopping street is in front of the house door, and all interesting districts (Kreuzberg, Rosenthaler Platz, Prenzlauer Berg) are all maximum 15-20 minutes away with the underground. There are 2 supermarkets in front of the house, a laundry service and a few bakeries. Banks and ATMs are also around the corner (1 min).
Getting around
The underground lines U6 Stadtmitte (North - South) and U2 Stadtmitte (East-West) are 2-3 minutes to reach.
Es ist eine ruhige Nachbarschaft und ausschweifende Parties sind nicht erwünscht.
Da wir im Ausland sind, lebt aktuell niemand in der WG. Der Schlüssel ist aber bei einem Freund von uns hinterlegt und die Wohnung kann besichtigt werden.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit einer Person teilen, wer das sein wird, steht noch aus.
Diskriminierung, Sexismus, Rassismus, Homophobie,... sind hier nicht erwünscht! Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG und suchen Gleichgesinnte.
