The east room (12 square meters) in our shared flat is vacant.
Nilsu 24, lives in the west room. She is studying computer science and is a quiet girl from Turkey.
Why is the room relatively cheap? At the time, during the daytime , the dining room is converted into a new kitchen by the landlord, i.e. me, .(The actual kitchen continues to function) This is done without significantly affecting the rest of the apartment, but the consequence is, that NO OTHER PEOPLE are allowed to visit the apartment !

Registration is no Problem, but smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
