The flat has hardwood floors and a bathtub and already furnished by your flatmate. Your flatmate and main tenant will be Ana, 29 years old and works as an architect. She is sweet and quiet. Not a party WG but also perfect for anyone who wants a nice and relaxed place to live. Ana handles most flat things, rent must be paid to her every month by the 28th. The deposit is 1500 for the room, cold rent is 650/month with 50/month added for utilities. The room and flat have a wonderful view of the city from the 14th floor! The building includes trash, a lift, mailbox, and storage. Room comes partly furnished and you can purchase the bed, bedframe, and closet for 120 euros upon move-in from me :)
Centrally located! I can walk anywhere in 20-30 minutes and biking is a breeze. Netto is located right out your door but also it’s a short walk to Alexa for anything you might need. Well connected Jannowitzbrucke Sbahn and Ubahn are right out your front door. Anmeldung registration is possible. Sorry, I’m only considering girls who are working or students! Process is super easy, if you think you could love to live here, please DM me, we can set up a viewing! 1500 euro deposit and 700/month warm! Such a nice place :) !
