We’re ideally looking for a girl!
The room would be available from the 02 or 03.11.24 for a period of 2 months first and then you could take over the contract permanently!
The room is 12m2, very cozy and good quality furnitures, the highlight is the view on the river Spree.
A cleaning lady comes 2 times a month to clean the comon spaces for a cost of €22,5 / person,
By taking the hauptmieter contract in January you should be willing to buy the furniture for €450 (which includes the 140x200 bed, the large black wooden dresser, a mirror, the desk and chair, the floor lamp, the ceiling lamp shade, brown curtains + curtain rod, the clothes rack, and the wifi relay).
During the subrent the deposit would be €650 and then as a main tenant, the deposit is €1336,25.
You should intend to stay long term, with ideally a stable job or project.
The location is truly ideal. The S-Bahn and U8 are just a 5-minute walk away, with Alexanderplatz and various nightlife options right around the corner. By Berlin standards, you can get anywhere very quickly from here.
