A 16 sqm room is available from the beginning of April 2025 for two to four months, with some flexibility regarding the duration.
The room is fully furnished, just as shown in the pictures, and includes a large wardrobe, a double bed, a desk, and a bar table. You will have your own private bathroom, equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Additionally, you will have your own large fridge, as the apartment has two refrigerators.
The apartment is newly built and well-maintained. We take pride in keeping it clean and tidy and expect our future roommate to share the same mindset. It’s important to us that everyone follows a cleaning schedule to maintain the common areas.
The apartment is centrally located in Mitte, right next to the Schwartzkopffstraße metro station (U6).

About the Current Residents:
Eric has been living here for a while now. He is studying political science and also works in the political field. Every now and then, he travels back to Cottbus, where he is also professionally active.
Constanza is the newest addition to our WG. She recently moved in from Argentina and is currently working in Berlin.

While we are not looking for a new family, we also don’t want a roommate who stays locked up in their room all the time.
