The room is large, sunny and fully furnished. It has a wardrobe, closet, height-adjustable desk, kingsize bed, couch & TV.
The flat has a huge living & dining area with direct access to a big balcony and our lovely open kitchen. Also, there is a big bathroom with both a bath tub and a shower as well as a guest toilet.
The flat is located in a quiet street next to the Spree (2min walk) and S Bellevue (4min walk). The neighboorhood is one of the most beautiful in Berlin and has cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Tiergarten in walking distance. You are just one S-Bahn Station away from the main station and can quickly go to all central districts.
Your flatmate is Finn, who works full-time as a legal counsel and has his room on the other end of the flat. He is a kind and very sociable person, always up for a wine and chat after work.
We clean the place ourselves and would expect you to do your fair share while you live here.
The room is available for rent during my Sabbatical. Since I have many plants, it would be great if you have at least enough of a green thumb to keep them alive :D
Move in- and out-date is somewhat flexible.
The rent includes everything you need incl. all utilities and WIFI.
Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
