Hi together,
we are looking for 1 person who wants to live in my nicely decorated and big room in a shared place.
The apartment is also shared with my two lovely cats, Paula and Kasi. This means that it would be nice if you like / love cats! They are absolutely adorable.
For now we are setting a period of 12 months, but if we get along quit well and everyone's happy we can easily extend the contract.
The place is really beautiful (typical old Berlin-style apartment with high ceilings and wooden floor) in Moabit close to the border of Wedding and Mitte. Close to the central station (18 min walk) and public transport (bus) directly in front of the door. U-station "Turmstraße" , "Birkenstraße" , "Reinickendorfer" and "S Wedding" close by.
Some of the furniture will stay in the room . If you wanna bring some of your own, feel free to do so.
So to me sharing a flat together means good communication in all levels. That doesn't mean we have to become good friends (well I wouldn't mind) , but it is important to talk about stuff when living together... I am a really busy person, so I give u a lot of space as I need mine too, but after all I enjoy chatting after a long day tho... sharing some feelings or worries or laughter or a beer together. Life is crazy sometimes.
Clean and calm people welcome. (e.g. no home parties , we've had problems with complaints before....) , but no worries, parties with our cats are always allowed hehe ;) They looking forward to meet u too.
I'd be happy if you could describe yourself so we could maybe have a chat then in person . :)
