Hey lovely apartment searchers,
I'm Annalena (29) and I'm looking for a female flatmate who wants to live with us from beginning of February to end of May. We speak German and English fluently.
It's a beautiful old building with high ceilings and in a quiet area with nice neighbours.
The room is around 16qm and fully furnished.
The apartment is in one of the most beautiful parts of Moabit!
There are many cute cafés and you can take relaxing walks in the area. Turmstraße, where there are all supermarkets from Edeka, REWE, DM and Asia Shop to Bio Company and Turkish vegetable markets, is right next door. Tiergarten and the Spree, the train station Zoologischer Garten and the main train station can all be reached in 15 minutes!
Connections: U9, S3, S5, S7, S9, several buses
- A certain ability to take criticism and use non-violent communication are essential for a healthy shared apartment life. If something bothers or concerns us, we would like to be able to address it without negative vibes. Just as we are open to your needs. Everyone should feel comfortable at home :)
- We pay attention to cleaniness, clean up (mostly) directly behind us and would like to have a roommate who thinks along with us, sticks to cleaning schedules and enjoys a clean home in general.
