Hallo!
Wir, Anouk und Louisa, suchen ab 1.8.2024-31.3.2025 eine Untermieter*in (FLINTA*) für das 20qm Zimmer mit französischem Balkon. Falls sich Louisas Auslandsaufenthalt verlängern sollte, besteht die Möglichkeit länger im Zimmer zu bleiben.
Louisa hat bereits viele Jahre mit ihrer ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin in der Wohnung gewohnt, sodass sie voll ausgestattet ist. Anouk wird auch neu in das 2. Zimmer ziehen und freut sich daher auf eine Person, mit der sie gut in Berlin ankommen kann :))
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Moabit, zur Spree sind es wenige Minuten zu Fuß und es gibt viele Cafés und Supermärkte in der Gegend.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert. Es gibt einen sehr großen Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch und Sofa. Von mittags bis abends scheint die Sonne.
Da wir beide aktuell nicht in der Wohnung wohnen (sie ist bereits seit einigen Monaten vermietet an Untermieter*innen) würden wir gerne online Gespräche führen und können eher nur Bilder/Videos schicken. Zum Einzug wären wir beide da.
Wir freuen uns, wenn ihr ein bisschen von euch erzählt :)

We, Anouk and Louisa, are looking for a subtenant (FLINTA*) for a 20m2 room with a small balcony from 1.8.2024-31.3.2025. If Louisa extends her stay abroad, there might be the possibility of staying in the room longer. Louisa has lived in the flat for many years with her former flatmate, so it is fully furnished. Anouk will also be moving into the 2nd room and is looking forward to having someone to settle in with :))
The flat is located in the centre of Moabit, just a few minutes walk to the Spree and there are lots of cafés and supermarkets in the area. The room is fully furnished. There is a very large wardrobe, bed, desk and sofa. The sun shines from midday to evening. As we are both not living in the flat at the moment (it has been rented out for the last few months), we would like to chat online and can only send pictures/videos. We would both be there on moving day.
