Hey I live here with one of my best friends. He is at an art residency in Portugal for 2 months. I am looking for someone to stay with me from now until end of august. The room is quite, cool and full of light which is reflected from the bright wall on the other side of the window. And this room has a lof of plants on the window, that i am trying to keep alive. Would be great if you could do that better than me :)
The area is very quiet, besides the kids upstairs sometimes. The next U9 U-Bahn station is 8 min and the ringbahn is 10min. There is also a possibility to rent my friend's bike. I mainly use the bike in this season. There is a Edeka Center, Lidl, Penny, all less then 10min. some nice Cafes as well.
I just started a full time job, therefore i am working most of the time during the week and am very busy with other hobbies too. Outside of work I am meeting friends, doing pottery, USC yoga or other courses. I also like to dance, go to cafes, read, and spend time in my ceramics studio or lakes and nature in general. So, besides for breakfast or cooking dinner I am quite busy and don't have a lot of time to socialize. I like a friendly comfortable vibe though, open communication is very important for that. Weekly cleaning is also a must.
I am happy to share my home with someone friendly, quiet, respectful, clean, and good at communicating.
This is just for 2 months but I hope we get along very well :)
