Ich vermiete mein ca 18m2 großes WG Zimmer, möbliert mit allem wichtigem: Bett (140x200), großem Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Bücherregal und ausziehbarem Schlafsessel (den ich aber gerade dabei bin zu verkaufen, kann ich aber auch noch mit warten). Wir teilen uns 2 Bäder zu dritt und haben sehr schnelles, verlässliches Internet. Dadurch, dass wir im Erdgeschoss sind haben wir auch einen kleinen Außenbereich mit selbstgebauten Gartenmöbeln.
I am renting out my approx. 18m2 room, furnished with all the essentials: bed (140x200), large closet, desk, bookshelf and pull-out armchair (which I am in the process of selling, but I can still wait).
The three of us share 2 bathrooms and have very fast, reliable internet.
Because we are on the first floor, we also have a small outdoor area with self-built garden furniture.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 3-er WG in Moabit zwischen U Birkenstraße und U Turmstraße. Die U9 ist in ca 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, die M10 die nach Mitte und diverse Busse fährt ebenfalls.
Es gibt alle möglichen Supermärkte in 3-10 Minuten Laufdistanz wie Edeka, Kaufland, Rewe, Netto, Norma etc. und einen Spät direkt nebenan.
The room is part of a 3-room shared flat in Moabit between U Birkenstraße and U Turmstraße. The U9 is a 7-minute walk away, as are the M10 to Mitte and various buses.
There are all kinds of supermarkets within 3-10 minutes walking distance such as Edeka, Kaufland, Rewe, Netto, Norma etc. and a Spät right next door.
Wir sind 3 Frauen (23-25 Jahr), alle Studentinnen, die gerne was unternehmen, aber auch gerne mal abends zusammensitzen.
Wir suchen jemanden unkomplizierten, der sich an unseren (zugegebenerweise sehr lockeren) Putzplan hält und gesellig ist aber keine großen Partys schmeißt.
We are 3 women (23-25 years old), all students, who like to go out, but also like to sit together in the evening.
We are looking for someone uncomplicated who sticks to our (admittedly very loose) cleaning schedule and is sociable but doesn't throw big parties.
