I’m looking for a tenant to sublet my centrally located room in 2-shared apartment in Moabit, Berlin.
Your room would be 19 m² and has a balcony. It faces a quiet street since it’s on an internal road. The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and couch. The apartment is well-equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge, washing machine, and all the essentials for a comfortable and happy living space.
Great connections to public transport: U-Bahn (U- Birken Str.), S-Bahn (Westhafen- Ringbahn), Tram line M10 and 2 bus stops (M27, 123) are all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. And you'll find two supermarkets (Edeka and Penny) just 5 minutes away.
I am looking for a responsible tenant, who likes to live in a tidy and (relatively) clean apartment.
Unfortunately no anmeldung since its short term.
In addition- The whole apartment is also up for subletting during the same duration. (2 bedrooms - 1 room has balcony, Kitchen and bathroom)
Rent for the whole apartment would be 1350 euros.

The apartment is centrally located in Moabit, 10559. It has good connections to public transport: U-Bahn (U- Birken Str.) is around 8 mins walking , S-Bahn (Westhafen- Ringbahn) around 8-10mins walking. Two bus stops (M27 & 123) are all within 4-8 minutes walking distance. Tram line M10 can also be reached in 10-12 mins walking.
Its a 2er women's wg. You would be sharing the apartment with one more tenant.
My flatmate would also be away during the same duration. So you would be sharing the kitchen & bathroom with the other sub-tenant that my flatmate finds. It would be a female tenant.
You can of-course invite your friends over for food once in a while but this is not a party apartment.
