In unserer gemütlichen WG wird ab dem 2.11. ein helles 10m² Zimmer frei. Es liegt zum Hinterhof, was für absolute Ruhe sorgt – perfekt, um nachts entspannt zu schlafen. Unser Mitbewohner Mathi hat das Zimmer optimal genutzt: Du bekommst ein selbstgebautes Hochbett, das viel zusätzlichen Platz schafft, sowie einen eingebauten Wandschrank. Für das Hochbett würden wir uns mit dir auf eine faire Abschlagszahlung einigen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ein traumhafter Altbau mit hohen Decken und wunderschönem Parkett- und Dielenboden. Hier gibt’s wirklich mehr als genug Platz:

A bright 10m² room will be available in our cozy shared flat starting from November 2nd. It’s facing the courtyard, so you’ll enjoy peace and quiet – perfect for a good night’s sleep. 🌙 Our current flatmate Mathi has optimized the space brilliantly: you’ll get a custom-built loft bed that frees up extra room, plus a built-in closet. For the loft bed, we would agree with you on a fair down payment.
The apartment itself is a beautiful old building with high ceilings and gorgeous wooden floors. There’s plenty of space to relax and enjoy:

Die Wohnung liegt in einer Nebenstraße der Turmstraße im schönen, grünen Moabit. Supermärkte, Bars, Restaurants, U-Bahn und Tram sind alles um die Ecke. Auch die Spree und der Plötzensee sind nah, was vor allem im Sommer ein riesen Plus ist!

The apartment is located on a side street off Turmstraße in the lovely, green neighborhood of Moabit. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the U-Bahn, and trams are all just around the corner. The Spree River and Plötzensee are also nearby, which is a huge plus, especially in the summer!
Wir sind Theresa (28, Psychologin), Alex (31, Umweltberater), Mathias (29, technischer Projektleiter), Felix (37, Entwickler), Daniela (35, Dramaturgin) und Dotti (Katze, allergikerfreundlich). Jetzt suchen wir der Balance wegen eine neue Mitbewohnerin.
Wir suchen gezielt nach einer Person, die Lust auf ein gemeinschaftliches Wohnen hat und längerfristig Teil unserer WG werden möchte.
Kino, Museum, Club, Karaoke, Theater, Konzerte, … wir verbringen gern Zeit zusammen und das nicht nur innerhalb der WG. Familiär regeln wir auch das Kochen und Einkaufen. Konkret heißt das, unter der Woche kocht jeder einen Abend für die, die da sind (vegan), dafür kann man dann auch fünf mal mitessen. Obendrein hast du dann auch immer die ganze Küche für dich beim kochen und gemeinsam ist alles schnell (in die Spülmaschine) geräumt. Dabei ist alles relativ zwanglos, falls es mal nicht geht und ob du dich selbst vegan ernährst oder nicht ist uns nicht wichtig, wir sind da auch flexibel.
Neben einmal alle sechs Wochen putzen ist jeder auch alle sechs Wochen mit WG Einkauf dran, dafür ist dazwischen immer alles da und man kommt im Schnitt günstiger davon.

We are Theresa (28, psychologist), Alex (31, environmental consultant), Mathias (29, technical project manager), Felix (37, developer), Daniela (35, dramaturge) and Dotti (cat, allergy-friendly). To keep the balance in the flat, we are now looking for a new female flatmate.
We are specifically looking for someone who is interested in joint living and would like to become a long-term part of our shared apartment.
Cinema, museums, clubs, karaoke, theater, concerts... We love spending time together, and not just inside the flat. We also take a shared approach to cooking and shopping. This means that during the week, each of us cooks dinner one evening for those who are around (vegan), and in return, you get to enjoy meals on the other nights without having to cook yourself. Plus, you have the whole kitchen to yourself when it's your turn, and we clean up together quickly (into the dishwasher). It’s all pretty casual, so if something doesn’t work out one evening, it’s no big deal. And whether you’re vegan or not is totally up to you—we’re flexible.
As for chores, we clean the apartment once every six weeks on a rotating basis, and everyone takes turns doing the shared shopping, also once every six weeks. This way, we always have everything we need, and it’s usually more budget-friendly for everyone.
Die WG Castings werden in 2 Runden stattfinden, da unsere Mitbewohnerin Daniela aktuell in der Schweiz ist. Sie würdest du dann in einem zweiten Gespräch auch noch treffen. :)
