The free room is 20 m² facing west into the backyard. So you don´t need to bother about the usual street noise. Since the flat is in the 5th floor and has a big window the room is bright. The room will be fully furnished with space in cupboards and shelfs for your cloth and private stuff.
Located in Moabit, inside the Ringbahn in Huttenstr..
10 min Walk to S-Bahn Beusselstr. or to U-Turmstr. or 5 min to the next Bus stop.
There are plenty of supermarket options around (Rewe, Penny, Alnatura, Denns, Aldi) and a lot of nice restaurants or street food.
Your flatmates would be:
- Netti (37), likes being in nature and is always looking for new café places in Moabit
- Nathan (35), Brazilian, science lover and in a relationship with Netflix
- Kai (38), cycling data nerd and meditation enthusiast
- Jess (33) active, sporty an dog loving Person, who enjoys going out for dancing on sundays (dog sitter welcome 🐶)
We all have our own lifes but from time to time we like play board games, watch a movie, hang out in our large kitchen or have a coffee together.
We mostly eat and cook vegetarian food with minor exception. We are looking for someone who is also keen on living in a big shared flat together.
The main languages in the flat are both English and German (Nathan is more comfortable speaking English).
