Hallo ihr lieben WG-Suchenden,
das Leben lässt uns weiterziehen und deswegen werden in unserer schönen 4er-WG (erstmal befristet) drei Zimmer frei. Eines mit 26qm, eines mit 16qm und eines mit 10qm. Die Zimmer sind alle schön hell und haben einen Dielenboden. Außerdem gibts ein großes Wohnzimmer, wie ihr auf den Fotos sehen könnt, und zwei Bäder jeweils mit Dusche und sogar Badewanne.
Unser Vermieter hat außerdem in Aussicht gestellt, nach dem Zeitraum auch unbefristet weiterzuvermieten. Wir würden deshalb gerne Mieter*innen, die den gesamten Zeitraum von Februar bis Mai bleiben.
Die Warmmiete pro Zimmer beträgt:
Zimmer 1 (26qm): 500,-
Zimmer 2 (16qm): 405,-
Zimmer 3 (10qm): 355,-

Hello everyone looking for a shared flat,
Life is making us move on and that's why three rooms are becoming available in our lovely 4-person shared flat (at first, for a limited time only). One with 26sqm, one with 16sqm and one with 10sqm. The rooms are all nice and bright and have a wooden floor. There is also a large living room, as you can see in the photos, and two bathrooms, each with a shower and even a bathtub.
Our landlord has also held out the prospect of renting out for an indefinite period of time. We would therefore like tenants to stay for the entire period from February to May.
The rent per room is:
Room 1 (26sqm): 500,-
Room 2 (16sqm): 405,-
Room 3 (10sqm): 355,-

Die Wohnung ist auf der Stromstraße, Moabit, exakt zwischen U-Turm- und Birkenstraße. Beide Stationen sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die S-Bahn Station Westhafen (Ringbahn) ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Im Innenhof können Fahrräder abgestellt werden.

The apartment is on Stromstraße, Moabit, exactly between U-Turm- and Birkenstraße. Both stations are within 5 minutes walking distance. The S-Bahn station Westhafen (Ringbahn) is about 10 minutes away. Bicycles can be parked in the inner courtyard.
Die WG hat sich die letzten Jahre in Richtung Zweck-WG entwickelt. Unser vierter Mitbewohner arbeitet viel und begegnet uns dementsprechend relativ selten; die WG-Orga funktioniert deswegen meist über Telefon und es gibt einen funktionierenden Putzplan.

In recent years, the flat share has developed into a functional flat share. Our fourth flatmate works a lot and therefore meets us relatively rarely; the flat-share organization therefore mostly works via telephone and there is a functioning cleaning plan.
Da ihr die Möglichkeit der Verlängerung im Raum steht, bewerbt euch gerne auch zu dritt oder zweit als Wohngemeinschaft; selbstverständlich können die Zimmer aber auch einzeln vermietet werden. In dem Fall schreibt uns bitte, auf welches Zimmer ihr euch bewerbt.
Da wir alle drei definitv ausziehen, werden wir unser Möbiliar mitnehmen; eine Grundaustattung bleibt allerdings in der WG. Wenn ihr irgendetwas konkret an Möbel braucht, schreibt uns.

As you have the option of extending your stay, you are welcome to apply as a flat share of three or two; of course, the rooms can also be rented out individually. In this case, please let us know which room you are applying for.
As all three of us are definitely moving out, we will be taking our furniture with us; however, some basic furnishings will remain in the shared flat. If you need anything in particular, just let us know.
