The room is approximately 14 sqm and features a "Hochbett" (loft bed), allowing you to have a home office or chill area underneath and your bed on top. The room is cozy and warm. The apartment in general doesn’t get much sunlight due to being on the first floor, but all the plants in the room have thrived so far!
The room is unfurnished, except for a mattress :)
The apartment is very good located, it has 3 supermarkets nearby, and the stations: S-Bahn (Ring) Westhafen and U-Bahn Birkenstraße. Both of them are just 10 min walking from the apartment. There are also nice green areas and parks to go for a walk. In Sommer you can go to Plötzensee for swimming. It's also very near to Turmstraße where there are many restaurants and nice Cafes.
Hey there,
We are Sury, Tessa, and Raphy, an international WG where English is our main language at home. We come from the Netherlands, India, and Brazil—when we meet, you can guess who is from where! Our WG has a relaxed vibe and a warm atmosphere.
Sury and Raphy work from home and are usually around during the week, while Tessa is finishing her psychology studies at university.
We’re not a Zweck-WG; we genuinely care about each other's lives. Most of the time, we chat when we get home or while cooking. We’re looking for someone who enjoys sharing conversations in the kitchen, values a good balance between WG life and private space, and is mindful of the responsibilities and duties of living together.
We have two lovely cats, which you will love!
