This room is for 1 person only. The rent is 600 EUR and this includes everything: rent, water, electricity & internet. If you move in to this place there is also a refundable deposit of 600 EUR which is a standard in Germany. The room has 18 s.m. and is 3 meters high. You can pay the rent monthly by cash, PayPal or Bank Transfer. The Anmeldung is also possible. Only I live in this apartment. I dont have any animals and this apartment is not suitable for animals.
There is also a no washing machine in the apartment but there is a washing saloon open every day which is located 10 minutes walking distance from my place and 1 laundry up to 6 kilos costs 5 EUR. The washing saloon is open every day from 8:00 am till 22:00 PM.
This apartment is an old fashioned style but has a lot of day light, good energy and its quiet. The apartment has 3 rooms, bathroom and the kitchen, there is no balcony in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is an elevator in the building.

The building is located 10 minutes walking distance from the metro station: Turm Strasse (line 9) and Tram M10 and 15 minutes walking distance from S-Bahn station: Tiergarten. Right on the corner there are also few bus stops like: 106, 245, 187 or M27.
The supermarket EDEKA is located 150 meters away from my building. There are also another supermarkets like Netto or REWE and some cafes and restaurants. I really like the Moabit area. I live here since many years and I feel my self really good and safe here. The Moabit area is safe, vibrant and pleasant to live.
I am looking for a friendly, easy going & tidy new house mate because my current house mate is leaving the place 1st of April. I dont mind your background, sexuality, religion or skin color. If you decide to live here you should be a 🏳️🌈 LGBTQ+ a tolerant person. I dont smoke and I prefer to live with no smoking person. I respect your privacy and please respect mine.
