It is e. g. good for a Trainee (Praktikantin, Auslandssemester o. ö.), because it is fully furnished including bedding, towels, hairdryer, ....
Fully furnished apartment, new renovated, new bathroom.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Zimmer. Die Küche und das Bad liegen in der Mitte, so dass jeder gut Privatsphäre hat. Alle Räume gehen vom Flur ab.
Die Wohnung hat Holzdielen und ist insgesamt mit vielen hellen Holzmöbeln möbliert.
Das hier freie Zimmer hat ein 1,4 m breites Podest-Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regale, Sofa, ausklappbarer Schlafsessel, Stühle...
In der Küche ist ein Tisch/ Sitzecke.
Es gibt ein komplette eingerichtete Küche mit Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, gr. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, ...
near U7 - Mierendorfplatz 10 min walk, or Bus stop 3 min.
The Bus takes you to U-Mierendorfplatz or to S- Jungfernheide.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer relativ ruhigen Seitenstraße. Gegenüber befindet sich ein Flachbau, daher ist die Wohnung ziemlich hell.
It is a two-room-apartment. In the other Room is a the moment a young Boy , who does a Training to learn a profession.
Even there is a young Boy living, my mother prefers a girl as a tenant. The other one is an exception, because he is the son of a friend of mine.
Vor kurzem wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett renoviert und saniert, wie z. B. neue Elektrik, Wände haben Glattputz und sind weiß gestrichen, Bad, Küche frisch gefliest. Balkon topfrisch.
Bath and Kitchen and Balcony is new. The rooms are also completely renovated.
Respektvoller Umgang ist selbstverständlich.
Auf Sauber halten der gemeinschaftlich genutzten Küche, Balkon, Bad wird Wert gelegt.
We like to be respectful to each other. We like it clean and tidy in the common areas like bath and kitchen.
In der Küche ist genug Platz, um mit Besuch zu dritt oder viert zu sitzen.
Ansonsten befindet sich in "deinem" Zimmer ein großer Tisch, der sich als Schreibtisch nutzen lässt oder auch als Esstisch für eine größere Runde gut ist.
Es ist schön, wenn man mal abends quatschen kann, aber auch jeder seiner Dinge nachgehen kann. Die WG sollte nicht dein einziger Bezugspunkt in Berlin sein.
Du würdest die Küche und das Badezimmer mit dem Jungen teilen. Er ist der Sohn einer Bekannten. Er hat seine Ausbildung in Berlin angefangen, hat also einen geregelten Tagesablauf. Er macht in seiner Freizeit viel Sport.

Only NON-SMOKING is very important
I try to give the message in the announcement that the time of renting is flexible.
I would prefer a minimum of four months. Renting period can be longer.
My mother (it is her apartment) doesn’t plan to come back to Berlin so far but it can happen that there are changes that she needs to come back. In that case I would always give notice well in advance, Minimum three month in advance. But it is not planed at the moment.
Kaution/deposit 880 Euro may be made in two or three month. If you need a room for a short Period, we can talk about the amount for the Deposit.
The tenant needs to have a liability insurance. Cost about 40,00 Euro/Year.
Die Mieterin muss bei Einzug den Nachweis einer Haftpflichtversicherung, die auch Schlüsselverlust versichert, erbringen. So eine Versicherung kann man für ca. 40,00 Euro/JAHR abschließen.
Bei Auszug fällt eine einmalige Endreinigung von 40 Euro für das Zimmer an. Aus Erfahrung wird man klug. Leider verlassen fast alle Mieterinnen das Zimmer so unsauber, so dass es nochmal für die neue Mieterin geputzt werden muss.
Solltest du das Zimmer tiptop verlassen, kann ich darauf verzichten
