Ich vermiete mein Zimmer unter bis Mitte März. Das Zimmer ist voll eingerichtet und hat einen kleinen (leider nicht möblierten) Balkon nach Norden. Der Preis ist für alles inklusive WiFi. Bloß das E-Piano, das auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, ist leider nicht mehr da :(. Die Wohnung ist mit normaler Kücheneinrichtung und Waschmaschine ausgestattet, wir haben außerdem auch ein Bügelbrett und -eisen und Markus einen Fön, den er sicher gerne ausleiht. Das Bad ist, wie auf den Bildern vielleicht zu sehen, recht klein, aber dafür muss man nicht so viel putzen. :)
I‘m subletting my room until mid-March. It‘s fully furnished and has a small balcony (which unfortunately is not furnished). Only the e-piano, which you can see on the pictures, won’t be there when you move in. Price includes all costs, including the WiFi. The flat has standard kitchen equipment and a washing machine, and we also have an ironing board and Markus has a hair dryer that he‘ll hopefully be happy to lend you if you need one. The bathroom is quite small, but that means less cleaning. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Wiclefstraße im nördlichen Teil von Moabit, etwa zwischen der Turmstraße und der S-Bahn-Station Beusselstraße. Der Kiez ist sehr lebendig, alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (Rewe, Penny, Bio Company, Alnatura, Eurogida, Bolu, Rossmann, dm etc.) sind zu Fuß 5-8 Minuten entfernt (auf der Turmstraße) und es gibt im Viertel zahlreiche Möglichkeiten was essen oder trinken zu gehen. Die Ringbahn (S-Bahn Beusselstraße) ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie die Busse M27, 101, 106, 123 an der Turmstraße. Die U9 am U-Bhf. Turmstraße ist zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, oder eine Station mit dem Bus. Außerdem sind die Spree und der Plötzensee zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sehr nah.
The flat is located in the northern Kiez of Moabit, close to S-Bahnhof Beusselstraße. U9 Turmstraße is 10 Minutes by foot or 2 bus stops. The buses M27, 106 and 123 are 5 minutes by foot. There are plenty of supermarkets and other shops for necessities 5 minutes away on Turmstraße. There‘s also the Arminiusmarkthalle 10 minutes by foot which is a great spot for groceries, and you‘ll find many restaurants there. There are plenty of cafés and some bars in the neighbourhood, and the Nordufer in Wedding or the Spree to the south are just a few minutes away.
Dein Mitbewohner wird der Markus sein, 26 Jahre alt, studiert Kommunikationswissenschaften im Master und arbeitet bei der Universal Music Group. Ich mag ihn sehr gerne und haben ihn als Mitbewohner sehr schätzen gelernt, er ist ein sehr angenehmer und offener Typ. Wir können selbstverständlich einen Besichtigungs- oder Facetime-Termin ausmachen, um zu gucken, ob die Chemie stimmt.
You‘ll share the flat with Markus, Master student of communications and working at Universal Music Group. I like him a lot and he has been a great flatmate as well as a friend. He‘s very agreeable and very open. We can set up a meeting or a face time call to see if it would be a good match if you‘d like.
