Ich suche einen/eine Mitbewohner/ im für meine Eigentumswohnung in Berlin Neukölln, Nähe Ringbahn Treptower Park. Man ist aber auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder zwei Station mit dem Bus am U-Bahnhif Rathaus Neukölln oder Herrmannplatz. Es ist unweit entfernt von Weserstr.
Ca 500 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Nahkauf für den täglichen Bedarf. Fußläufig enternt sind viele Restaurants und Bars und Parks für Naherholung anzutreffen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett kernsaniert, möbeliert und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca.66 Quadratmeter. Sie ist im 4 OG mit Balkon und sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Sonne scheint nahezu den ganzen Tag in die Wohnung hinein.
Die Wohnung soll nur von zwei Personen, die berufstätig sind, bewohnt werden. Eine junger Italiener wohnt bereits seit 1.5 Jahren in der Wohnung. Da er viel arbeitet, ist er kaum zu Hause.
Ich suche daher eine weitere Person.
Dein Zimmer hat ca. 17 Quadratmeter, mit einem großen Fenster. Es ist hell und in Richtung des Innenhofes, der sehr schön und Park nämlich angelegt ist, gerichtet.
Gemeinsam teilt ihr euch die Küche, das Bad und das Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist wie eine Ferienwohnung eingerichtet. Es hat alles, von der Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen begonnen bis Handtücher....
Anmeldung ist möglich. In der Miete ist alles enthalten ( Strom, BK, Internet und Versicherung).
Der Mietvertrag ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet mit der Option der Verlängerung. Ich suche jemand für mindestens für 1 Jahre.

In der Wohnung wohnt ein junger, sehr netter Italiener. Er arbeitet sehr viel und ist wenig zu Hause. Wenn er zu Hause ist, dann unterhaltet er sich gern mit dem Mitbewohner und trinkt auch gern ein Kaffee zusammen. Rücksichtnahme ist sehr wichtig!
