I'm subletting my room because I'm leaving for a vacation from 18.2.-26.3.2025
There is also another room free in the flat from 22.1.-18.2.
Ideally you could stay for the whole time and make a switch between the rooms.
Both rooms are large and bright.
You are looking at a cosy and clean space which I call home for over four years.
The flat is directly at the Train and U Bahn Station Hermannstr. With the U8 and the ringbahn so close, you'll quickly reach any part of the city. Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark are nice parks in walking distance.
My roomates are very kind and welcoming and I'm sure you'ld feel home in no time.
I would prefer subletting the room for the full period of time, but if you are interested in renting it for one or two weeks, just send me a message and we can talk.
