Ich vermiete ein 23 qm großes Zimmer in meiner Altbauwohnung für einen Zeitraum von etwa 3-6 Monaten, wahrend ich meinen Bachelor schreibe. Die ganze Wohnung ist mega schön, frisch renoviert und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick aufs Grüne.
Das Zimmer ist ideal für Studierende/ Berufstätige was gerne auch erwünscht ist. Es kann gerne Teilmöbelier ubernommen werden da es momentan noch mein Wohnzimmer ist, alternativ können die Möbel aber auch in den Keller. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist sehr gut an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel angebunden da die S Bahn Station nur zwei Minuten entfernt liegt mit der man uberall in Berlin in max 20 Minuten ist.
Zu mir ist bin Nathan bin 25 Jahre alt und schreibe momentan meine Bachelorthesis in Fashion Management und arbeite momentan noch als Werkstudent im Recruiting.
Zum WG Leben denke ich nuss man sich für eine zweiter WG schon recht gut verstehen und es muss ein Match sein. Aber persönlichen Raum und Zeit für sich ist mir auch sehr wichtig. Fügt gerne ein Bild und Instagram dazu. Da ich selbst gay bin sind Frauen und Queers im Vorteil xx

I'm renting out a 23 sqm room in my old-style apartment for a period of approximately 3-6 months while I work on my bachelor's thesis. The entire apartment is beautiful, freshly renovated, and has a small balcony overlooking greenery.
The room is ideal for students or working professionals, which is also preferred. Some furniture can be taken over as it's currently my living room, alternatively, the furniture can be stored in the basement. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is very well connected to public transportation, as the S-Bahn station is only two minutes away, allowing you to reach anywhere in Berlin in a maximum of 20 minutes.
A little about me: I'm Nathan, 25 years old, currently working on my Bachelor's thesis in Fashion Management, and also working as a student assistant in recruiting.
For cohabitation, I believe it's essential to get along quite well for a second flat share, and it has to be a good match. However, personal space and time for oneself are also very important to me. Feel free to add a picture and Instagram. As I'm gay myself, women and queer individuals are at an advantage. xx
