This room is furnished with everything you need.
Furnishing includes a 140-cm bed, a shelf, a table and stool, curtains. A wardrobe can be added at no extra cost. We can even lend you some bedding.
The room is on the side of the yard and therefore rather quiet.
The flat has 1.5 bathrooms and two balconies. The kitchen is also fully equipped.
Anmeldung is possible.
The full rent is 620/month, including BK, internet, electricity etc. You will need to pay an extra 25 euros per month in cash for kitchen staples (flour, oils, sauce, potatoes etc.) and items such as toilet paper and detergent

The flat is ideally located in Neukölln, directly on Sonnenallee 166 (even though the doors are on the side of the building). Bus M41 and 170 are directly in front of the door. Metro U7 is about 8-minute walk away. You will find everything you need within walking distance, including many shops and restaurants.
This is an LGBTQ+ friendly flatshare. All current flatmates are afab:
- Angel (39) he/him. Genderfluid. Works from home, and travels often.
- Franki (28) she/her. She works during the day and usually sees friends in the evening and on weekends.
- Fox (21) they/them. Works at night and makes great cocktails.
We have great communication in the flat, so it is important to find a 4th person who will be a good fit too. We use a whatsapp group to communicate all important info about the flat and flat life.
We have shared maintenance tasks to ensure the flat will stay clean. Every task is assigned to a person. Your task will be to keep the half-bathroom and the corridors clean.
Besides that we have rather independent lives and sometimes meet in the kitchen for a spontaneous chat.
Guests, including cis-male guests, are allowed in the flat for up to a few days at a time. So if you have a boyfriend, he can visit but he cannot move in with you.
